Neil & Louise Hitchen
Neil and Louise Hitchen met whilst both working at Hambleton Hall back in the 1990's and spent 20 years of their lives working around the world in luxury Relais & Chateaux hotels & restaurants in the USA, BVI & Barbados.
In 2010 they transformed a little known village pub into a highly successful pub restaurant,
The Berkeley Arms in Wymondham.
In 2012 their hard work was recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand which they retained for eight years.
They were also voted in the Top 20 Gastro Pubs in the UK by Sainsburys Magazine
and were included in the Good Food Guide.
Since its launch in January 2019 the Hitchen's Barn has received the highest praise.
